The decks in this section are fine decks but are not Tier 1.
Many of these decks are themed decks which are fun to play.
Others will be budget decks as even Pauper can become expensive, these decks tend to make decent starter decks to learn the format at minimal cost.
All have potential and in many cases can be improved by using more expensive versions of cards. We may also be short a few quality cards and a useful down shift or new card may be all that is needed to make the deck better.
Any feedback to make better would be welcomed.
